Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your nominated UK address.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays. Pharmacy Weight Loss Maltby cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries that require a signature.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
